Warehouse Floor Manager - Brisbane

Work as the leader of our Warehouse in Banyo. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for the day to day operations on the warehouse floor. The role is focused on the successful receipt, organisation, tracking, picking, packing and delivery of our product, ensuring the premium experience of our customer and the safety of our staff and stock. You’ll be based out of Banyo, reporting into the Finance and Operations Manager, working closely with sales teams and the customer service teams. Your role centres on:

 •  Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 3, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
 •  Organising the day-to-day floor activities of the warehouse including optimising the available space
 •  Managing the flow of stock through our ERP to ensure records are always accurate and up to date
 •  Instilling best practice operations and health and safety
 •  Be a champion of fantastic customer service, be that internally for other teams or externally for customers

Requirements

Skills & experience
 •  Established leader with excellent communication skills and a calm manner
 •  Highly organised, logical mindset with the ability to proactively prioritise your own and your team’s workload
 •  A collaborative team player who is happy to lend a hand as needs must
 •  Familiarity and proficiency with ERP systems, inventory management and warehouse management systems is important (experience with NetSuite ERP also advantageous)
 •  High level of attention to detail and highly numerate, able to initiate and manage processes and procedures to ensure quality control and safe practices
