Our client is seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join their dynamic Operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within an integrated Business and Enterprise Services team, supporting the operational functions of the business.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary package of $80,000 package based in the vibrant location of South Yarra. This role provides a unique chance to establish active relationships with stakeholders and vendors, both internally and externally, while contributing to a culture of exceptional service.

What you'll do:
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. You will be responsible for establishing active relationships with stakeholders and vendors, both internally and externally. Your role will involve providing communication with respect to contract management, invoicing, and facilities matters within agreed time frames and budgets.
You will act as the key representative between service providers and the business, working closely with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support in relation to vendor relationships. When required, you will engage with Subject Matter Experts to provide professional and technical support.
Your commitment to excellence and professional work ethic will contribute significantly towards fostering a culture of exceptional service.

 •  Establish active relationships with stakeholders and vendors internally and externally
 •  Provide communication with respect to contract management, invoicing, and facilities matters within agreed time frames and budgets
 •  Act as the key representative between service providers and the business
 •  Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support in relation to vendor relationships
 •  Engage with Subject Matter Experts to provide professional and technical support when required
 •  Contribute to a culture of exceptional service through commitment to excellence and professional work ethic

What you bring:

 •  Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships
 •  Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, organisation skills and attention to detail
 •  Strong information management capabilities required, advanced Microsoft skills including presentations, spreadsheets, and word processing skills
 •  Strong working knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques
 •  Knowledge of accounting or invoicing systems desirable but not essential
