As a Podiatrist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients overcome foot and lower limb ailments. You will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care to improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' foot health, including biomechanical analysis and gait assessment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs, incorporating a range of interventions such as orthotics, footwear advice, and exercise programs.
• Perform routine foot care procedures, including nail care, callus reduction, and wound management.
• Educate patients on foot health, preventive care strategies, and self-management techniques.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry
• Current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in podiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in podiatric care.
