As the Menu Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of Marley Spoon and Dinnerly weekly menus. In close collaboration with the Culinary & Merchandising team, you will be supporting menu planning, SKU management, and continuous improvement initiatives in our Alexandria Office (NSW 2015).

Your role:
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of Marley Spoon and Dinnerly weekly menus against financial, business, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Facilitate SKU-led menu generation and coordinate planning through to food cost and delivery.
• Plan recipes to meet merchandising-driven campaigns and maintain constraints to optimise Recommender-generated menus.
• Coordinate weekly SKUs, including Fixed, Seasonal, and Rotation ingredient plans to meet usage needs and mitigate waste.
• Finalise Recommender-generated menus against assortment and financial plans, ensuring the best possible customer outcome.
• Advise Culinary Innovation on development priorities based on Catalogue needs and adapt current operational processes as required.
• Support with daily supply incidents during the production week.
Requirements
This is you:
• 1+ years experience in e-commerce planning, administration or relevant food industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in using G-suite (docs, sheets, slides, etc.).
• Critical thinker with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Food related tertiary qualifications preferred.
