Logistics Supervisor (TAS)
 •  A rewarding 12-month contracted position, with the ability to see final outcomes of your role based in TAS
 •  Gain further insights into a dynamic operational space focusing on current logistic processes, with opportunities for development within the eCommerce space
 •  Work with the HomeRun team; in a supportive environment and grow with flexible working arrangements (Sandy Bay, TAS office, and hybrid options) with a weekend on-call roster

What you'll do

Support the day-to-day management of Woolworths Online deliveries across Tasmania and facilitate exceptional customer experiences through effective and efficient methods. Working with Store and Operations teams, as well as customers, you will oversee the drivers performing deliveries for our Tasmanian customers.

 •  Coordinate and support Online drivers to ensure high performance, accountability & exceptional customer experiences
 •  Review fleet availability, vehicle conditions, lease term management and rostering of drivers to COR compliance
 •  Escalation point for agents and drivers; troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues
 •  Address customer feedback, and facilitate further escalations when necessary
 •  Review window and geographic mapping profiles for stores to ensure optimal delivery times, drop cost & capacity fluctuations

What you'll bring

Reporting to the Network Logistics Manager, together manage capacity/volumes of deliveries, to continually improve for future planning, and managing seasonal and promotional events. You will have:

 •  Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams to promote customer satisfaction
 •  Previous experience with route delivery/courier logistics & retail industry
 •  Strong organisational & time management skills
 •  Conflict resolution skills to swiftly resolve customer feedback and internal escalations
 •  Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment; agility with role
 •  Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft & Google suites, Routing Systems etc)
