Care Coordinator, Registered Nurse
As a Care Coordinator, the successful Registered Nurse will provide nursing care and comprehensive clinical mental health services to people with a mental illness or a mental disorder that is least intrusive, collaborative, recovery oriented, encompassing a nominated carer and family responsive and inclusive, rehabilitative, evidence-based practice; which encourages self-advocacy, facilitates empowerment and capacity for optimal independent function and utilises evidence based practice interventions.
