About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the business analysis framework within CDC. The Business Analyst acts as a critical partner and internal consultant to business areas, assisting them to manage the combination of people, process, data, and technology to develop operational strategies that resolve key business challenges and optimise business processes and operations.

Critical to the effective delivery of CDC’s Information & Security projects, the Business Analyst supports business analysis activities, ensuring end-to-end alignment of business and technology architecture, technologies and tools, and business processes.

Other responsibilities include:

 •  Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
 •  Support delivery of I&S projects throughout the project lifecycle.
 •  Ensure project alignment with I&S strategy and enterprise architecture.
 •  Provide advisory services to align business and technology strategies.
 •  Collaborate with stakeholders to design future state business operations, enhancing efficiency.
 •  Analyse and articulate financial and non-financial benefits, ensuring compliance with external requirements.

About You:

This role would suit a candidate who has experience within business analysis and project delivery-based roles, with tertiary qualifications in IT, Commerce or Business being highly desirable.
 •  Exposure to leading and working with a mixed team of personnel, including internal resources and external service providers.
 •  Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development, application implementation, enterprise architecture and web technologies.
 •  Proven experience in the preparation of contract agreements.

Working Rights:
