About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month fixed term Supply Officer to join our dynamic team. If you have strong attention to detail and a passion for the aviation industry, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for inventory, logistics and administration activities by collaborating with the supply and purchasing team to achieve a seamless process.

Reporting to the Supply office Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in the success of ensuring high accuracy of the stores inventory, having correct consumables available and ensuring 100% compliance with Aircraft release documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities of the role include:

 •  Reviewing and receipting purchase orders in accordance with aviation compliance.
 •  Goods in and out, including shipping domestic and international.
 •  Ensuring all logistics tasks are carried out competently and diligently in accordance with the Logistics Manual.
 •  Conducting stock takes as directed.
 •  Ensure stores are always kept clean and tidy.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

 •  Forklift License desirable.
 •  Interpret technical data.
 •  Sound understanding of purchasing a logistics.
 •  Relevant aircraft and product knowledge.
 •  Experience using RAMCO or a similar inventory management system.
