GCR Fraud Risk Analyst
Our role is to prevent fraud losses and protect the interests of Optus through effective monitoring of high risk and suspected alerts and referrals across multiple customer channels.
The scope of your role involves actioning of claims and queries involving suspect to outright fraudulent activity thus preventing fraudulent customers acquiring a credit facility with Optus through implementation of preventative measures. You will also play an important part in providing education to all business units to highlight the importance of fraud awareness.
