Job Description
Your duties will include, but not be limited to;
• Performing end-to-end payroll for weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles.
• Oversee and assist in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of payroll forms, records, and documents.
• Ensuring any payroll discrepancies and enquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare records related to payroll, such as, employee information, time sheets, benefits, salaries, and more.
• Participate in complex payroll support functions such as input of new employees, applications for terminations, contract adjustments and similar functions.
• Any additional ADHOC tasks that may be required of you.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will;
• Have end-to-end payroll experience, ideally with 500+ employees on the payroll.
• Have strong attention to detail, with appropriate knowledge of relevant awards and EBAs.
• Attain an ability to lead the payroll team, building influential relationships and drive improvement in the team.
