Dukes Coffee Roasters is on the lookout for passionate specialty coffee professionals.
Dukes Coffee is a Melbourne based ACO organic certified specialty coffee roaster, with a single-minded focus on working with our partners at origin to create a clean and sustainable specialty coffee industry. We believe that the best possible coffees come from healthy plants grown in the best possible conditions, and we seek to lead the industry on both quality and our environmental credentials.
Dukes is first and foremost a hospitality company and we are actively searching for a candidate that thrives on offering friendly service, is able to give tailored advice on product and retail, and has a passion for great story telling and can communicate our values in a retail environment.
If you possess these attributes and are willing to learn to brew the best coffee's available with excellence, you will be fully supported in reaching this goal by both your colleagues on the bar and our dedicated wholesale trainer based out of Dukes Coffee headquarters in Richmond.
