Summary
IT Operations practioners support infrastructure operations and or manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.
Key Skills
• Experience managing an IT Enterprise Operations Centre, with strong communication, team management and prioritisation skills
• Generalist infrastructure knowledge across Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, Ansible, and networking
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems such as Splunk, syslog, and Cloud Watch
• Experience using ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment
• ITIL certification
Due to the secure nature of the role, Australian citizens with a federal government security clearance will be preferred.
