Learning and Development Consultant
Robert Walters have partnered with a large Australian insurer to assist on a new project related role.
They are looking to bring on board an experienced Learning and Development Consultant who has previous experience in a large corporate firm. The role will be for a 4 month period initially to assist with a new project but there is scope to extend.
The client is ideally looking for a candidate who has worked in an L&D role for a large corporate for a minimum of 5+ years.
It is vital that you have experience with:
• HDC application
• Front line onboarding
• Experience in leading discovery and design of blended learning solutions
• Ideally experience with onboarding in large, multi locational corporate environment
The role offers working from home, with 1-2 days flexibility to work from home.
The Hiring Manager is looking to move quickly and will be reviewing CVs by COB Friday 26 April at the latest.
