Clinical Co-Ordinator - Transitional Rehabilitation Service (Health Clinician Lvl 4)
This position provides a high standard of clinical co-ordination for the Transitional Rehabilitation Service as part of the Liverpool Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit. It is a community based residential service that bridges the gap between inpatient rehabilitation and home.
