Job Description
 •  Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters related to planning, environment, and local government law.
 •  Prepare and review legal documents, including development applications, appeals, and environmental impact assessments.
 •  Conduct research and analysis of complex planning and environmental regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
 •  Represent clients in administrative hearings, court proceedings, and negotiations with government authorities.
 •  Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
 •  Stay current with changes in Australian planning, environment, and local government laws.
 •  Offer strategic advice to clients on land development, conservation, and sustainable initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
 •  A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a potential degree in science (highly desirable)
 •  A burning passion and experience in Planning, Environment, and Local Government Lawyer.
 •  Knowledge of Australian planning, environment, and local government laws.
 •  Exceptional research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
 •  Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
 •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
 •  A commitment to ethical and sustainable land use and environmental practices.
