The Senior Brand Manager will craft creative stories, drive innovation, and work with big budgets and top agencies to deliver cutting-edge sports and entertainment marketing. Join us in shaping the brand's identity and pushing boundaries with creativity!
Where and how you can work
This role is located in Brisbane, Australia, (HQ). We have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, and Wellington. Your day-to-day.
• Lead a passionate and experienced brand team, providing development, support, and challenge.
• Champion the neds brand across marketing and product functions, inspiring the business with vision and plans.
• Review marketing mix modelling performance in collaboration with finance and strategy, optimizing spend accordingly.
• Manage overall marketing spend for neds, including monthly reporting and forecasting.
• Drive the evolution of neds towards more efficient media channels, with a focus on digital advertising and understanding of paid, owned, and earned media.
• Develop and execute consumer marketing campaigns for neds across all platforms, owning the activity calendar.
What you’ll bring
• A proven Senior Brand Manager or a high-achieving experienced Brand Manager (with 3-5 years’ experience) from either an FMCG/consumer goods business or digital company. Experience with consumer-facing brands is desirable.
• Experienced with the development of strategic annual brand plans and delivery of the brand vision to consumers and across the business.
• Developed and executed communications plans, achieving strong brand health results alongside sales uplift – long and short term.
• Proficient in digital media marketing and experience creating digital advertising assets.
• Experience with goal setting and forecasting; and collection and analysis of data for campaign, financial and performance reporting.
• Competent in market research, finding implications for brands and measuring effectiveness.
• Agency, vendor and supplier management – briefs, through to post-production and budgets.
