Traverse Alpine Group, a renowned hospitality operator specializing in remote areas, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join their team. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences.
The successful candidate will have a deep passion for food, extensive experience in a similar role, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Traverse Alpine Group is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality and creating unique dining experiences in their various venues located in picturesque mountain settings.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Formal culinary training and qualifications
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and quality standards
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
• Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
