Collecting Cars, which launched in 2019, offers buyers and sellers a new way to transact online. It enables a much faster route to market than traditional auctions as well as dramatically reducing the costs involved, charging zero fees to the seller.
Launched in 2021 with the same principles of ‘lean’ auctions that are fast to list and sell, the Watch Collecting platform brought new energy to this enthusiast market.
The Collecting Group is now a team of 100+ around the world and we have exciting growth plans with new product extensions and new market entry ambitions.

The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a growing, diverse team that’s currently disrupting the traditional way vehicles are auctioned. You’ll help develop and qualify new opportunities for Collecting Cars, generating, qualifying and driving lead generation, supporting excellent outcomes with both sellers and collectors locally and internationally.
With your customer-centric approach and CRM experience, you’ll be able to bring your sales acumen to a collaborative team, where you’ll gain exposure to a breadth of vehicles and memorabilia, whilst contributing to revenue growth and product development.
Requirements
• You have prior experience within a professional sales based role – you’re comfortable generating leads for ~80% of your time
• You’re comfortable working towards business development KPI’s
• Relationship building – you love getting to know people and developing long-term relationships
• Initiative-taking – you’re results oriented and like to lean on your excellent communication skills
• Adaptable – you’re motivated to learn new skills and develop your career, whilst building out your understanding of the Collecting Cars value proposition
• You’re curious, you like to research the collector’s market, and keep an eye on pricing
• You’ve worked with a CRM before, and have familiarity with the MS Office suite
• A keen interest in cars and bikes of all genres is desirable
This role is based out of our Sydney based office, Mon - Fri. Australian work rights are required.
