As a Cloud Training & Enablement Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive cloud learning strategies and programs to our customers and internal employees.
You will play a key role in enhancing their understanding of the cloud platforms they are using, enabling them to leverage cloud-based technologies effectively and ensure learning is specific to their organisation. Your expertise and passion for building cloud capability within our customers will drive our customers' success and foster a culture of continuous learning within the customer organisation to increase the ROI they get from their cloud investment.

As a Cloud Training & Enablement Senior Consultant, you will need to demonstrate deep expertise in hyperscale cloud technologies and understand customer requirements in order to offer the most effective and targeted solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Cloud Training and Enablement Consultant at DigiRen, you will:

 •  Create capability-building and enablement strategies and programs based on customer specific needs, ensuring the content aligns with their industry and business objectives.
 •  Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to build and gain buy-in to the enablement strategy.
 •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and create targeted educational content.
 •  Conduct learning needs analysis to create strategy and build the business case for the training engagement.
 •  Work with experts at our customers and their vendors to develop engaging and interactive cloud learning materials, including online courses, webinars, tutorials, and documentation.
 •  Work with experts to organise delivery of training sessions to customers, both in-person and virtually, to enhance their proficiency in cloud technologies.
 •  Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud computing platforms and integrate this knowledge into the training programs.
 •  Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary improvements to enhance the learning experience.
 •  Provide ongoing support to customer and internal stakeholders, addressing their queries and challenges related to cloud technologies.
 •  Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization by promoting self-paced learning resources and organizing knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements
 •  5+ years experience working with cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and associated services, delivering large-scale enablement learning and capability development programs.
 •  Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.
 •  A high degree of comfort speaking with Executives, IT Management, developers and business leaders
 •  Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
 •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Learning and Development or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
 •  AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals and/or Google Cloud Foundational certifications or equivalent knowledge highly desirable.
 •  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.
 •  Active Australian security clearance or eligibility to apply
