The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen Sushi experience is highly regarded Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information Team player and display a positive attitude Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items Foundation knife skills and understanding of basic cookery terms and techniques Time management during preparation and service periods Calm and composed demeanour Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience Working with Lucas Restaurants:We exist to see our team succeed.
