The Opportunity

As an Internal Communications Specialist, you’ll work alongside a talented team of Internal Communicators who partner across the Woolworths Group to create better experiences for our team - in store, on site or in our support office.

You’ll be the key contact and partner for our Brand & Marketing team, supporting engagement across our exciting marketing campaigns and brand activations. You’ll be responsible for keeping our store teams up to date on our latest campaign activity, ensuring they have what they need to bring our campaigns to life in our stores.

What you'll do
  • Deliver clear, concise and purposeful communications through various mediums including online, print, video and internal social media
  • Develop cohesive communications plans, working with the business teams for key events, change initiatives, collectables, product launches and other projects
  • Host and co-ordinate weekly team sessions, distributing weekly email and store communications
  • Helping our store teams understand and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Enable the flow of information across our large and diverse Brand & Marketing team, enabling updates on our progression through strategic priorities and new activity going live to market.
What you'll bring
  • Experience in communications, marketing, events, public relations or similar fields.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively across different initiatives
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders, positively influencing showing agility and adaptability
  • Thrive on tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have the ability to articulate solutions and take a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong written, communication and presentation skills
