About the role:

Transmax has grown significantly over the last 2 years, and we are not slowing down!

Our dedicated People & Culture team are in the next exciting stage of our growth phase which is why we are now recruiting for a People & Culture Administrator on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract (with potential for extension)

Our People & Culture team perform a critical role in providing exceptional support across the business and we are seeking a highly organised Administrator to assist us in our busy day-to-day roles!

You will take on a varied and critical role providing administrative assistance across our function, enabling us to continue adding value to the broader Transmax business.

A snapshot of your day-to-day:

  • Using discretion and confidentiality; maintain employee personnel records and other sensitive documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements for HR record retention.
  • General administrative duties for the team including data entry & updating relevant HR spreadsheets, reporting queries and collation of reports for various systems and programs.
  • Undertake HR-related projects as specified and delegated from our People & Culture Team Leader.
  • Maintain the People & Culture shared inbox and assigning of tasks to the relevant team members.
  • Assist our People & Culture Officer with the tri-annual check-in process and subsequent reporting and documentation.
  • Assisting our Talent Acquisition Partner with recruitment administrative support including; scheduling of candidate interviews, completing pre-employment checks and reference checks and updating and maintaining our ATS.

Requirements

About You:

We are a close-knit fast paced team and are looking for someone who can bring their own secret sauce to be successful in this role. You will have demonstrated experience within an administrative position, be highly organised and be able to prioritise across changing requirements.

Your toolkit for success will include:

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a pro-active approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication, administration and work planning skills.
  • Ability to show initiative and work autonomously.
  • Intermediate Level skills across Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook programs.

Ideally you will have (but not essential):

  • Experience in business environments specialising in the development of software products and provision of IT related services.
  • Auditing experience.
  • Experience using SharePoint 2010.
