About the Role
The Facilities Coordinator will play an integral role in the smooth-running operations of the organisation. This individual will take ownership for the maintenance across all 8 offices.
Duties
As the Facilities Coordinator, your duties will be across Workplace Health & Safety, Operations and Procurement. Your responsibilities will involve:
- Leading the Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) plan across all offices, including the evacuation process and procedures.
- Providing training and guidance to all management staff on WHS best practices, and conducting WHS inspections.
- Ensuring all operations are carried out in an effective manner, and working with the Executive Management team in formulating strategic objectives.
- Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Overseeing lease management across all offices.
- Purchasing and installation of new office furniture and equipment.
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have:
- Minimum two years of experience working in a similar role.
- A qualification in Workplace Health & Safety.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
