What’s the opportunity?This is a hands-on role, focused on managing and guiding a team of 40 employees across both businesses and supporting a global network of consultants within ENS. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, build strong client relationships, and drive steady growth.
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while supporting two distinct brands.
What will you do?
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery and strong business performance.Work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute strategic plans for revenue optimization and business growth.
Drive continuous improvement in the employee experience to maintain high levels of engagement and performance.
Maintain and develop sales networks internationally, nurturing existing customer accounts and exploring new market segments.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and implement strategic and tactical plans, spearhead go-to-market initiatives and monitor effectiveness.
Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional client and student experiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and vendors through proactive engagement and regular business reviews.
Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and other teams to enhance internal relationships and drive results.
What have you accomplished?
At least 7 years senior leadership experience, ideally within B2B professional services or consultancy, training and education, or a similar field.Full P&L accountability with a proven record of driving revenue and profitability.
Experience managing multiple business units or functions and adapting across different business models.
Skilled in strategic planning and cross-functional execution to align diverse teams with company goals.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively building relationships across departments, vendors, and client organizations.
