Lead and mentor a high-spirited, collaborative front-of-house team
Bring calm confidence and spark to daily service
Shape a warm, guest-first environment that feels generous and genuine
Work closely with the kitchen and ownership to keep standards high and service smooth
Build rosters, guide staffing levels, and balance wage costs with revenue goals
Understand the financial heartbeat of the venue and support sustainable growth
Keep operations organised, compliant, and full of heart
Help dream up small moments, details, or ideas that make the venue feel special
