Job Description

• Take ownership of the general running of the restaurant.
• Elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable.
• Control ordering, food levels and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and WH&S.
• Create and implement local area marketing strategies to promote sales.
• Develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant.
• You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.

• Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Exceptional communication skills
• Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability
• Food Safety Supervisor, Responsible Service of Alcohol, First Aid and Liquor Licence course desirable
