Government experience is a plus, as the role involves ensuring governance and compliance across various platforms.

• Production Support for Fieldglass, Ariba, ECC systems, focusing on contingent labour, Statement of Work, release/change management, governance, and system integration.
• Manage integrations, including MDS, Ariba Native, ECC PI, and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) add-ons.
• Support identity management, security configurations, and governance processes for all systems.
• Escalate incidents to SAP for Level 2 support and manage system troubleshooting.
• Provide expertise in release management, including minor/major releases, change management, and commodity code alignment.
• Handle non-PO invoicing, non-catalog purchases, tactical sourcing, and supplier enablement.
• Perform system analysis and drive data cleansing and security role mapping/review activities.
• Oversee BAU activities for the business team, focusing on functional support for systems, including guided buying and source-to-contract (S2C).

• Strong experience in SAP Integration (ECC, Ariba, Fieldglass) and SAP Basis.
• Proficiency in SAP Development (ABAP), SAP Analytics/Data Sphere, and Cloud Platforms (BTP, SaaS).
• Experience in system administration, governance, and security (authentication, authorization).
• Understanding of incident escalation processes, particularly support.
• Government experience preferred.

• Experience with BTP sub-accounts, cloud connectors, and network connectivity.
• Knowledge of security systems such as TMR Azure ITB and SAP security roles/authorization.
• Familiarity with SaaS and SAP authentication.
