Dispatch Officer

The role

We are looking for a casual full-time Dispatch Officer with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time role, based in Darra.

Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and manage messages accurately and confidentially.
• Work with production, purchasing, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Handle office management tasks and resolve customer queries.
• Notify customers and branches of delays via email and update shipment details.
• Maintain accurate records and follow administrative processes.
• Report service issues and suggest improvements.
• Daily office management and task coordination duties
• Perform other admin duties as required.

Requirements:

• Prior admin experience (warehouse experience is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Good time management and proficiency in computer systems.
