As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, you will be supported with exceptional sales and management training and you will be provided with a long-term career pathway from Associate through to Management.In addition, over the last few years we have redefined the way we work. We have sought to find the balance and flexibility between the hours we work and the environments we thrive in. We have implemented flexible starting times and will be dividing our work week between the home and office.
What can Robert Walters offer you?You will be joining our well established and well networked Transformation team, and the projects and clients you will cover range from digital transformations, emerging technology start-ups and large financial mergers & acquisitions, to name a few.
You will be looking after Senior roles on a high-billing desk in a future-facing space where you will be exposed to incredibly interesting and thought-provoking candidates every single day.This is a very unique opportunity to take over a hot desk from a high contract biller who is changing thier career and leaving behind a hot desk, a large temp book to be managed, and a lot of warm client relationships.

- You have extensive contract recruitment experience and are used to a fast paced desk
- You are entrepreneurial and enjoy developing your own ideas and strategies to be successful
- You have a commercial mindset, are driven and you want to succeed in a fast-paced & team-focused environment
- You are relationship focused and are able to quickly become a trusted advisor through a combination of credibility and personality
