Our client is a leading boutique property funds firm located in Sydney CBD. They pride themselves on intricate market knowledge and consistent financial results that speak for themselves. They have 20+ years of combined experience across property and you will be working with and learning from the best!

This role is a 30-40% EA and 60-70% Investor Relations Coordinator; it is diverse, varied and a great opportunity to get involved in the clients/investors side of things and learn more about the property investment landscape.

This role would be best suited to an EA or a Team Assistant wanting to step up and learn more - no prior knowledge of Investor Relations is required. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, confident, with strong attention to detail and like building relations.

Experience in property or financial services is ideal but by no means necessary.

What you'll do:

  • Support the CEO and Executive with complex diary management and task management
  • Assist with meeting arrangements including video-conferencing and teleconferencing
  • Prepare corporate collateral, including communications, correspondence, and presentations
  • Manage and oversee the production of investor reporting – quarterly and annually
  • Coordinate and manage third parties in preparing fund information memorandums
  • Manage investor / unitholder registry system
  • Oversight of third-party providers in ensuring investors compliance to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) during onboarding process
  • Assisting with ongoing compliance and auditing as it relates to investor data
  • Respond to Ad-hoc enquiries from investors
  • Organise travel requirements with external travel providers
  • Assist with new staff onboarding including access to systems and hardware

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Team Assistant or EA in a corporate environment
  • Being comfortable to work in a smaller team environment
  • Experience in the finance or property industry ideal but not necessary
  • Experience in a busy administrative or team assistant role supporting senior leadership
  • High level communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Proactive with developed problem-solving skills
  • Strong people skills with ability to engage with high performing teams
  • Confidence in building relationships at all levels within the business
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
