Administration Assistant
We are Cleo's Place, an NDIS charity and Not-for-Profit setting a new standard of excellence in the industry.
We are just over 3 years old and have grown rapidly in that time, servicing over 100 clients, with a team of 75 support workers, and an internal office team of 12 across our offices in Kenmore and North Lakes.
We are seeking a new Administration Assistant to join our ever-growing team for the long-term. The role will see you working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, and being responsible for:
- PA support to the MD
- Admin support to the Ops Manager and Team Leader
- Data entry of new clients and workers into our system
- Completing project tasks to deadlines
- Monitoring shared inboxes and replying to/filing emails in 24 hours
- Updating phone contacts
- Taking meeting minutes
- Making welcome packs, sending out birthday cards and anniversary gifts
- Chasing and updating expired documents from workers

The right person for this role will be an over-achiever with attention to detail and the ability to follow processes. You will be tech-savvy, confident on the phone, kind, and have a good sense of humour.
