The Role
As a Senior Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting overall office efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day office functions and supporting the General Manager with administrative tasks
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, events, and travel logistics
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and relationships with vendors
- Assisting with budget monitoring, handling expenses, and managing invoices
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the GM
- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Optimizing office processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Serving as a point of contact between departments to maintain clear communication
