What you'll do
  • Management of campaign POS from creative development through to print and distribution
  • Drive the BIG W customer experience, creating relevant omnichannel experiences that are differentiating and meaningful for Australian families
  • Make informed decisions based on customer insights, data led market trends, and key performance indicators to continually refine and improve the customer experience
  • Assist to manage the associated budgets to deliver all Customer and Brand experience initiatives including production, media, licences and other expenses
  • Assist to manage the day-to-day relationship and commercial relationship with our print partner suppliers, utilising the partnership to evolve our in store experience
What you'll bring
  • 2+ years experience in a marketing team for a successful customer-centric brand
  • Customer centric marketing approach with a curiosity for what emerging technologies can bring
  • Strong attention to detail skills to maintain quality with a high volume of deliverables
  • Analytical insight; measurement and impact of data to show the business results of strategic marketing efforts
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Agency experience desirable
