We are seeking a Junior Brand Manager to join our Early Life Nutrition (infant formula) consumer marketing team. In this permanent role, you will report to the Senior Brand Manager and play a pivotal part in shaping our brand's future, driving innovative marketing strategies, and engaging with key stakeholders.

You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, from creative content development to impactful campaign execution, all while contributing to the growth and success of our brand.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Brand Analysis and Strategy-Collaborate with Senior and Brand Managers to analyse key trends, coordinate with cross-functional experts for insights, propose action plans, support ad-hoc business trend analysis, and participate in developing annual audit and brand plans
  • Marketing budget (A&P) management-Ensure monthly financial accuracy and manage supplier payments in collaboration with Brand Managers and the Commercial Finance team.
  • Marketing campaigns- Lead the planning and execution of consumer campaigns, optimise content, manage trade marketing, and collaborate with agencies to improve brand performance.
  • Field Visits- Collaborate with the sales team, conduct field visits for market insights and feedback, and monitor global and local competition trends
  • Digital Collaboration: Partner with the digital and ecommerce team to enhance online brand presence, website experience, communication effectiveness, and the path to purchase across retailers and owned platforms.
  • Ad hoc Support: Lead requests related to brand activities such as research stimulus/inputs and video production.
You are an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional with some experience in brand management/marketing. Your exposure to FMCG, combined with your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, has supported brand growth and innovation. You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Your ability to analyse market trends, understand consumer needs, assist in developing brand strategies, and manage budgets makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in FMCG as a Marketing Assistant
  • Familiarity with brand analysis tools like IRI & Quantium
  • Experience in budget management and digital communication
  • Strong consumer and market understanding
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
  • A strategic and solution-driven approach, with the ability to navigate complex environments
