On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Account Executive (Marketing Specialist) to join their dynamic team. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns and client strategies, with a strong focus on campaign performance, market analysis, customer engagement, and business growth across a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and strategies across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation activities to support client marketing objectives
- Managing the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, optimisation, and performance reporting
- Coordinating and optimising paid advertising campaigns across search, social media, display, and retargeting channels
- Analysing campaign performance data and preparing reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Implementing tracking and performance measurement frameworks using digital analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure marketing strategies and campaigns align with brand positioning, commercial objectives, and overall business goals
- Monitoring digital marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and platform developments to support continuous improvement across marketing activities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- At least one year of relevant experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance marketing
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and analytics
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proactive, analytical, and results-driven approach to marketing and client service
Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $76,000 - $83,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
