Restaurant Manager

Bar Monte is a contemporary dining venue located in Newstead QLD offering a vibrant and modern dining experience.
Organise and control the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and service quality
Lead, supervise, and train front-of-house staff, including rostering and performance management
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and overall service coordination
Monitor operational costs, including labour and stock usage
Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the venue in line with business standards
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience with POS systems and staff rostering
