Demonstrated experience in restaurant venue management.
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and a curiosity in developing these skills.
Executing exceptional guest experiences and fosters an environment that is conducive to delivering world-class dining experiences.
Ensuring all training conducted within the restaurant is in line with companyguidelines.
Working with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage rosters and wages in line with targets set by the business.
Mentoring Assistant Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and Team Members in their careers and professional development.
Ensuring overall happiness within the venue by promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitoring and directing the team with health and safety procedures.
Ensuring adherence to regulations and quality standards.Understanding of administrative software tools.
Exceptional leadership skills.Takes the initiative and is self-motivated.
