We are looking for the services of a first class, experienced and passionate Chefs to join our team. With sustainability and quality of produce in mind, complete with the freshest ingredients from local suppliers, the successful Chef will assist with the daily operations of the kitchen to:- Guide and inspire a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience and further develop the business.
- Deliver high quality dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement exciting menus, with support from the Central Kitchen facility and executive chefs.
- Reliable, level headed, punctual and organised.
- Lead by example and passionate about what they do, innovative and experienced.
- Work fast, clean and motivate team by leading by example.
- Deliver great food consistently while managing their brigade and kitchen budgets.
