We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and student recruitment activities.
Key areas of responsibility for the role include:- Agent Relationship Management
- Client Liaison and Relationship Management
- Research, Reporting, Administration & Compliance
- Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets to maximise Mercury Colleges’ sales and student loyalty
- Directing the development and implementation of strategies to promote Mercury Colleges courses
- Directing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain Mercury Colleges' image and reputation with its students, agents, and stakeholders
- At least three years of experience in a similar role in the Vocational Education (VET) industry.
- A high-calibre and dynamic leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of driving our company's culture, vision, and strategic direction.
- Understands profitability and supply and demand while maintaining quality and customer focus.
- Demonstrates adaptability to manage in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience working with or around sales and achieving targets.
- Understands and can identify growth opportunities and take ownership of projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and people skills, along with a strong work ethic.
