• Prepare and manage the company's financial statements, including balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow statements
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Handle tax filings and support external audits
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Provide management with insightful reports to guide business decisions
• Lead and participate in initiatives to improve financial processes and drive efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business growth
• Identify opportunities for process improvements across financial operations and lead initiatives to streamline work flows

• Degree in accounting or finance with CA/CPA certification
• Proven experience in financial accounting, with a strong understanding of management accounting
• Experience in driving change or process improvements
• Experience within a fast-paced, industrial, or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• A proactive, change-driven mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate
