The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge Wine knowledge advantageous Drive for beverage service Passion for delivering outstanding service Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Outgoing personality Excellent attention to detail Exceptional presentation Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights Must have RSA certificate Working with Lucas Restaurants: We exist to see our team succeed.
