The Company
A household name, a growing business, and a leading retailer is looking for their next senior management accountant or junior business partner to join their high performing finance team.
The Role
What you'll be doing:
- Partering across the organisation and cost centre managers, for retail, supply chain and supporting functions
- Owning the board packs (with some collaborative team help)
- Delivering monthl management reporting, analysis and rolling forecasts to inform real decision making
- Diving into product and store performance
- Supporting budgeting cycles and strategic planning
- Continuous improvements across finance processes and reporting
- Contribute to an upbeat, high performing team culture.
Your Profile
A bit about you:
- CA/CPA Qualified (or very close to it) with a background in fast paced organisations - a preference for retail or FMCG (though not essential)
- Great communication skills and a desire to really build relationships
- Sharp analytical skills and a proactive mindset
- A natural curiosity for the 'why' behind the numbers
- Someone who thrives in fast paced organisations
