Job Description- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Mining sector
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Leading negotiations and closing deals to drive sales
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Reporting on sales activity and forecasting future sales
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences
- Staying updated on industry trends and market activities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- A strong academic background in business, sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Mining sector
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the WA market and a strong network within the sector
- A competitive salary package Circa. $140K base + super + car allowance + bonus
