Arnold Investments Pty Ltd T/A Damage Control Accident Repair Centre is a professional accident repair centre specialising in panel beating and spray painting in Forrestdale and its surrounding areas.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated and driven Estimator/Loss Adjuster to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the customer feels comfortable and welcome during the estimate process.
- Develop a follow up system for all estimates not captured and for completed jobs
- Prepare all estimates in an accurate and efficient manner
- Order all parts on authorised quotes
- Observe the guidelines and procedures for processing an order
- Observe the guidelines or repair methods on repair procedures
- Monitor and maintain company sales performance standards and sales goals, and post results each day to the Sales/Production Chart
- Attend the daily release meeting, review the current status of sales and production. Plan daily, weekly and monthly strategies to boost performance.
Skills & Experience:
-Experience in I Body Shop, Arnie, 1Q1, Estimage, N-TAR and Parts Check would be of an advantage- Strong customer service, negotiation and communication skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm in a professional work environment
- Must have a current unrestricted C class driver’s license
- Quoting or assessing experience within the smash repair industry advantageous
Salary: $77,000 to $95,000
