Junior Receptionist
The Company:
Our client is looking for a committed and well-rounded receptionist to join their growing team! This company specialises in providing a full suite of accounting and business services, helping clients build their futures.
The Role:
This role is a permanent position.

This position is based in Perth CBD, and the office operates from Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm.
The role responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome visitors, serving tea and coffee to valued clientele.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle scheduling for meetings and office appointments.
- Maintain front desk operations, ensuring office cleanliness.
- Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Deliver accurate information to visitors and callers regarding office services and procedures
- Assist with mail distribution, courier services, and internal communications.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Polished and immaculate presentation.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general tech-savviness.
- Reliable and committed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach and initiative to follow-up on tasks.
