Our focus on long-term client relationships continues to set us apart, and we are now looking for a highly motivated Client and Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Sydney.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to our clients on our database, often making 200+ outbound calls per day, with a view to reconnecting and re-establishing our relationships with our loyal customers.
Alongside a base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn commission as part of our lucrative structure.
What you will do
As a Client and Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing and improving our customer relationships, maintaining accurate CRM records, and assisting with the sales cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within the company, with a clear pathway for career progression into a more senior sales position.
- Lead Management: Review and follow up on old leads and customer inquiries, working closely with senior members of the sales team to arrange calls and appointments.
- CRM Database Maintenance: Ensure client and customer information is up-to-date and accurate in the CRM system. Regularly audit the database to improve its functionality and reporting.
- Sales Cycle Support: Gain an in-depth understanding of the sales process by assisting in various stages of the sales cycle. This includes supporting the team in managing communications and tracking opportunities.
- Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service by assisting with administrative queries, following up on client requests, and maintaining positive relationships with potential clients.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination and efficient workflow in all sales-related tasks.
Who you are
You will need to be comfortable communicating with clients across all formats, but especially comfortable on the phone and email.- Previous experience in a sales or customer support role is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine interest in whisky and investment, with a desire to learn more about the whisky investment market.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
