Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Good technical knowledge on LAN, WAN, Data Center technologies, Cloud Networking, Virtualization and Network Security technologies, Network Encryption technologies. Proven skill on Network Operations & Service delivery.

Technical Experience: Routing & Switching, Network security (Firewalls, Cisco ISE), Data center technologies, Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure), F5 Load Balancers, DDI (DNS/ DHCP / IPAM), Network Monitoring tool, ITSM tool.

Professional Attributes: Be a Team player with proven analytical skill and ability to manage operational workload (incident, change, problem). Manage priorities, deadlines, and work without supervision. Proven ability to work with the client to define requirements, develop solutions and implement those solutions on time.

Strong organizational skills & Attention to details.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, (preferably Information Technology, Electronics &Telecommunication)

Work Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience working on Enterprise Network Management, with at least 3 years on Managed Network Service role.
