Melbourne - Management consultant/analyst

We- are currently seeking a Management Consultant/Analyst with a strong focus on optimizing operational efficiency, communication and project success. Candidates with Balkan language skills will be highly regarded, as we work with a diverse range of clients and team members.

• Analyze and improve operational processes, focusing on efficiency and project timelines,

• Collect, process, and analyze data to generate meaningful insights and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop and present detailed project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct process mapping, workflow optimization, and strategic planning sessions.
• Support clients in implementing recommended strategies and track the effectiveness of proposed changes.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can impact client success.
• Proficiency in either Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian or Macedonian is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse team members.
