Are you looking to develop your customer service skills whilst gaining experience with an international company? EF International Language Schools in Sydney is looking for an energetic and organised individual to join our team as a Student Services Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

The Student Services Manager is a full-time role based at the front desk of our school. As the first and main point of contact for EF Sales Offices, students, and suppliers, you will oversee the administrative functions of the school and operations.

This includes managing local sales & extensions, student visa administration, student support & satisfaction tracking, and coordinating the Internship Program and Job Club. Student Services is central to all departments and the core of EF’s operations, ensuring no two days are the same.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a key point of contact for EF Sales Offices in over 50 countries, managing student bookings and processing changes
  • Review and confirm all bookings in the CRM system while preparing student visa documents
  • Support student welfare by addressing concerns and ensuring their well-being
  • Collaborate with accommodation, activities, and academic departments to resolve student inquiries
  • Respond promptly and professionally to both internal and external queries
  • Assist students with their OSHC insurance claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and visitors
  • Offer general support to the school team, with a focus on assisting the activities team and their events
  • Participate in the school’s emergency phone roster monthly
  • Handle direct sales inquiries, walk-in sales, and student extensions
  • Oversee the coordination of the Job Club service
  • Support the management of student discipline matters
  • Assist with student arrivals and take the lead in organising intake days and graduation events

You must also be willing to take a First Aid Course & Mental Health First Aid Course.
