• Build detailed financial models, perform valuations, and support due diligence processes
• Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books, information memorandums, and transaction documentation
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers on deal origination, strategy, and client relationship management
• Conduct market and sector research to support deal execution and identify new opportunities
• Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to a high-performance team culture

• Brings 5-8 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking, ideally from a leading advisory or institutional firm
• Has a strong track record of executing transactions within energy, infrastructure, mining, or natural resources sectors
• Possesses excellent financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills, with a sharp commercial mindset
• Demonstrates strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in managing client interactions
• Is highly motivated, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
